At Classy Designs by J, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure our clients are satisfied with their event planning experience. Our refund policy outlines the terms under which payments may be refunded. By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.

Refund Policy - the basics

​1. Deposit Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

2. Refunds for Cancellations

 

a. Client-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date: Eligible for a refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date: No refunds will be issued.

 

b. Classy Designs by J-Initiated Cancellations:

  • If we must cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances within our control, we will issue a full refund, including the deposit.

 

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may request to reschedule an event at least 30 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Deposits will be applied to the new date, but no refunds will be is

 

5. Force Majeure

  • In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control), deposits remain non-refundable. Any additional payments made may be refunded on a case-by-case basis, minus expenses already incurred.

 

6. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Email Address].

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.

 

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Deposits

  • Payments for services already rendered

  • Third-party vendor fees secured on your behalf

4. Refunds for Scope Changes

  • If the scope of services is reduced after booking, no refunds will be issued for services already planned, rendered, or in progress.
