Classy Designs by J provides event planning and design services as outlined in your contract. Any changes to the scope of services may incur additional charges.

 

2. Bookings and Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 20-Days before the event date.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received and a contract is signed.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event details and respond promptly to communication.

  • Ensure necessary approvals and access are granted for event execution.

  • Notify us of any changes to event details as soon as possible.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

Refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

5. Liability

  • Classy Designs by J is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue issues, or third-party vendor actions).

  • We are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during your event.

 

6. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule the event or adjust services as needed. Refunds will be handled per our Refund Policy.

 

7. Third-Party Vendors

We may recommend or coordinate third-party vendors for your event. However, Classy Designs by J is not responsible for their performance or outcomes.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Classy Designs by J, including designs, concepts, and event plans, remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy and will only be used to provide services and communication.

 

10. Dispute Resolution
